August 12, 2024Starkeytown is a two mile stretch of mountain road in the middle of the woods with a handful of local residents and three beautiful vacation rentals. Let us help you find the perfect small family or honeymoon vacation stay off the beaten path (maybe even get married while you’re here, too!) While only 15 to 20 minutes from the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, Starkeytown (at least for the moment) remains one of the last secluded areas in our ever-growing tourist town.

Little Mountain Hideaway

Starkey’s Homestead
Bedrooms: 3 – Bathroom: 2 – Sleeps: 8
• Three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed.
• Sleeper sofa in living room.
• Two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub.
• Two fireplaces, one in the living area and one in the main bedroom.
• Long front porch with gates on both sides and a porch swing.
• Hot tub on the “L” side of the long front porch.
• Starlink wi-fi and 4 TVs.
• Propane gas grill on the front porch.
• Washer and dryer.
• Keurig Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker.
• Double oven stove in a spacious kitchen with dishwasher.
• Take nature walks on Starkeytown Road.

Searching for a unique, adventurous way to get married in the Smoky Mountains? The oldest Starkey sister, Regina, has hosted thousands of weddings at her venue called Honeysuckle Hills since 2006. All three Starkeytown rentals are within three miles of this well-known and beloved venue. Additionally, Regina hosts a hand-full of weddings each year at her secret waterfall at Starkey’s Homestead.
